Bar Louie Opens in Fort Worth on December 15

ADDISON, Texas, Dec. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- BL Restaurant Operations, LLC has announced the opening date of the first Bar Louie in Texas.  To celebrate this much-anticipated opening, Louie and the gang are saying "Cheers to the holidays!" by offering first-time guests from Tarrant County one free signature martini and small plate from opening day until December 25.

Located in downtown Fort Worth on the southeast corner of West 7th and Norwood Street, Bar Louie is a neighborhood bar specializing in handcrafted signature martinis and cocktails as well as high quality American food.  In addition to an exceptional selection of distinctively prepared food such as small plates, sandwiches and burgers, Bar Louie makes all of their salsas, sauces and dips from scratch daily.  Menu standouts include small plates like Bavarian Pretzel Sticks, Truffle Butter Popcorn and Meatballs al Forno.  An array of unique sandwiches like the Luigi with Shaved Ribeye, along with an inspiring selection of flatbreads such as Chicken Verde or the delicious Backyard BBQ Burger will keep guests coming back to this laid back hotspot.

This will be the first Bar Louie in Texas, with a second location opening in Austin on the world- famous 6th Street in early 2012.

Bar Louie is open daily 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and offers a full menu until closing, with Happy Hour food and drink specials offered Monday through Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. The warm surroundings with urban-contemporary decor lend to an atmosphere perfect to suit parties of almost any size.
