Bar Louie Bringing Southern Hospitality to New Austin, TX Location

ADDISON, Texas, Feb. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BL Restaurant Operations, LLC has announced their newest Texas location opening on the world famous 6th Street, conveniently situated on the corner of West 6th and Colorado in the former Starr Building. When Bar Louie Austin opens its doors on March 13th, it will mark the second of three Bar Louies in Texas. Preceded by Ft. Worth, Bar Louie Austin will be shortly followed by an opening in The Woodlands in April.

To celebrate their new location, Bar Louie will be hosting a series of opening promotions starting with a grand opening party of epic proportion on St. Patty's Day, March 17th. The all day long festivities will include live entertainment and $2 green beers.

The opening celebration will continue one week after opening as Louie and the gang will be showing the people of Austin some love with a promotion called, "The First One's on Us" for all Travis County residents. From March 19th – 26th, Bar Louie will be giving all Travis County residents a FREE Small Plate and FREE Signature Martini. In addition, Bar Louie will be hosting an ongoing promotion every Monday called, "Martini Mondays," where Ladies can enjoy their first Signature Martini for only $1.

This eclectic urban bar made famous for their handcrafted signature martinis and cocktails, also features an exceptional selection of distinctly prepared food such as small plates, sandwiches and burgers. While beer and wine connoisseurs will be impressed with the extensive selection of imports, microbrews and over 20 wines by the glass, cocktail drinkers will revel in signature martinis, mojitos and margaritas made from the highest quality ingredients, fresh fruit and hand squeezed juices.
