Bar Louie Announces Launch of New Food & Beverage Menu

ADDISON, Texas, May 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning May 14^th, guests at Bar Louie will be able to order from a whopping 28 new food and beverage items from their new menu.

The eclectic urban bar and eatery made famous for their handcrafted signature martinis and scratch kitchen food offerings is taking their innovation to new heights with fresh spins on traditional and regionally inspired selections. "We looked very closely over the last year to what our guests were eating and drinking, studied trends and saw huge opportunities for us to raise the bar," says CEO, John Neitzel. "With ever-changing palates and preferences, our guests rely on us to stay ahead of the curve and that's exactly what we've done with our new menu," says Neitzel.  

Of the 9 new food items, standouts include the Firecracker Flatbread, Blackened Salmon Sliders, Beer Braised Mussels and two breakfast menu items that can be ordered at any time, the Mexican Sunrise and Breakfast Burrito Loco.

In addition to 10 new wine selections, there are 9 new specialty cocktails on the impressive drink list, including the Rat Pack and Original Cin Martinis, Mango Mojito and Watermelon Margarita.

To celebrate the launch of their new menu, Bar Louie locations across the country will host two events. The first event on May 15^th, will feature specials on the new cocktails and wines, while the second event on May 22^nd will be all about the food.
