PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Banys, P.C. announced final settlement of a $5.4 million dollar case on behalf of a class of over 1800 technology workers in a class action against major Silicon Valley employer. Banys, P.C. was the lead trial firm representing high-income earning employees who had been denied vacation benefits they earned through years of service to their employer, who had mischaracterized the benefits as "sabbatical," and refused to pay.
