"The Skillanthropy Technology Solution has been critical to our success," said Shannon Maynard, Chief Talent and Knowledge Officer at Grameen Foundation. "There is no way that our small Bankers without Borders team could be operating at our current global scale if we had not invested in an end-to-end volunteer management solution that enables us to grow the number of projects we manage, volunteers that we engage, and countries that we operate in while maintaining the level of quality that the program has come to represent."
Built on the Salesforce platform, the Skillanthropy Technology Solution can help organizations streamline their volunteer recruitment efforts and more efficiently manage and monitor projects. Robust reporting capabilities help organizations better understand their impact and demonstrate their value to stakeholders. The Skillanthropy Technology Solution is easy to use and can be customized to meet specific organizational objectives.
Bankers without Borders is accepting applications and nominations globally, but preference will be given to organizations operating in North America, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Non-profit organizations, corporations or companies that currently engage at least 100 volunteers per year and plan to grow their volunteer initiatives are encouraged to apply. Applications and nominations will be accepted through December 5, 2013.
