Bankers Healthcare Group Supports The Syracuse Rescue Mission

SYRACUSE, N.Y., Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers Healthcare Group, the leading provider of financial solutions for healthcare professionals, presented a $500 check to the Syracuse Rescue Mission Food Services while a group of seventeen BHG employees volunteered in food services and sorted clothing donations.

"The financial support of our community enables the Rescue Mission to provide three free meals a day, 365 days a year to anyone in need. Bankers Healthcare Group's gift of $500 will provide 223 meals to vulnerable men, women and children in Syracuse," said Rescue Mission CEO Alan Thornton.

"We rely on volunteers to help us serve meals every day of the year, and we could not provide our services without your help," Thornton continued. "It also means a great deal to those who dine in our Food Service Center to be welcomed and served by neighbors who care."
