Bankers Healthcare Group Ranked in Top 20 of Entrepreneur Magazine's Top Company Cultures
SYRACUSE, N.Y., March 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers Healthcare Group, the leading provider of financial solutions for healthcare professionals, has one of the best corporate cultures in America, according to Entrepreneur. The magazine partnered with CultureIQ to find the best office cultures in the country and BHG came in at #20 in the Large-Sized Companies category of the Top Company Cultures list.

Rankings were based on employee surveys and results were measured in 10 areas that are common in high-performing cultures. These include collaboration, innovation, agility, communications, support, wellness, work environment, responsibility, performance, and mission alignment. Companies were rated on a scale of zero to 100; BHG scored 91.24 overall.
Thousands of U.S. companies were surveyed and Entrepreneur narrowed the list down to 50 each in three categories of company sizes: small, medium and large. This is the second year Entrepreneur has profiled the country's best corporate cultures.
BHG, which has locations in Syracuse, N.Y.; Davie, Fla.; and New York City, is one of only two companies from Upstate New York, one of three from the entire state of Florida, and one of seven from Manhattan to be recognized in the Large-Sized Companies category.
