Bankers Healthcare Group Makes The Florida Fast 50 List Of South Florida's Fastest-Growing Private Companies
DAVIE, Fla., Aug. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG), the leading provider of financial solutions for healthcare professionals, has earned its place on South Florida Business Journal's (SFBJ) 2015 Florida Fast 50 list of the region's fastest-growing private companies. BHG ranked no. 19 in the over $25 million revenue category, with an impressive two-year revenue growth of 81.05 percent.

This year, the SFBJ implemented a new Fast 50 format: two Top 25 lists, one for companies with less than $25 million in revenue and another for those with more than $25 million in revenue. SFBJ Research Director Gilberto Medina explains, "With two lists, we can take note of the region's most successful startups and still recognize the larger companies that flourish at a laudable pace."
In order to qualify for the Florida Fast 50, companies must be privately held and based in South Florida, and must provide the necessary data and revenue verification documentation. The SFBJ research team collects these submissions, calculates percentage revenue growth over two years and ranks the companies accordingly.
"The Florida Fast 100 reflects the diversity of the businesses throughout the Sunshine State," Medina reports. "This year, 37 companies on The List hail from South Florida. That's up from 25 companies on last year's list."
