Bankers Healthcare Group Concludes Inaugural Send A Smile Campaign

SOUTHWEST RANCHES, Fla., Feb. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers Healthcare Group, the leading national provider of financing to healthcare professionals, recently concluded their inaugural Send A Smile campaign. The initiative teamed BHG and their healthcare clientele with Operation Smile, an international medical charity dedicated to healing children's smiles.

According to Dr. Bill Magee, Co-Founder and CEO of Operation Smile, corporate partnerships like this are extremely valuable for bringing awareness to the need for both funds and medical volunteers and to help make it possible for Operation Smile to carry out its mission. Through the campaign, BHG and Operation Smile set out to provide reconstructive surgeries for children and young adults born with facial deformities such as cleft lip and cleft palate. The campaign was an overwhelming success, leading to the donation of more than 100 surgeries for children worldwide.
