Bage, a 22-year industry veteran, was a Senior Vice President at Unitrin Specialty after holding officer and product jobs at Atlanta Casualty, Leader Insurance and Progressive Insurance. She holds an MBA from Case Western and a degree in Math from Eastern Kentucky. "Lisa will manage our relationships with outside risk partners and manage projects that cross our product lines," said Martin. "We believe we can find no one better at executing our business strategy."
Tim Stroble has been named Vice President of Personal Lines. Tim has 16 years of experience in the business with Safe Harbour Underwriters, All Risks, Ltd., Zurich and Farmers. He served as a naval officer following his graduation from Annapolis, and holds a Master's degree in Management from Hawaii Pacific University. "Tim understands every aspect and nuance of property insurance," commented Martin. "He hopes to create a breakthrough in what today is a very consumer-unfriendly, homeowners insurance environment."
