Bank of Commerce Holdings Announces Successful Closing of Common Stock Offering
REDDING, Calif., March 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Patrick J. Moty, President & CEO of Bank of Commerce Holdings (Nasdaq: BOCH), a $813 million financial services holding company, and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce™, Roseville Bank of Commerce™, and Bank of Commerce Mortgage™ today announced that it has closed the previously announced public offering of 7,200,000 shares of its common stock at $4.25 per share. The Company received net proceeds from the offering of approximately $28.8 million, after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated expenses. The shares were sold in an underwritten public offering by Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett, Inc. acting as lead manager.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes including organic growth and opportunistic acquisitions.
