Bank of Botetourt Launches Virginia Mountain Mortgage

BUCHANAN, Va., Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of Botetourt (OTCPK: BORT) announced it has launched a new, full service home mortgage division, Virginia Mountain Mortgage, to fill a gap in the region.

Virginia Mountain Mortgage will offer a wide array of products and services, such as multiple mortgage options for purchases, various refinancing options, construction loans, and investment property loans. The newest office for the mortgage division is now open at Springwood Park office, located at 3214 Electric Road, Suite 107 in Roanoke. Additionally, these mortgage services will continue to be available at all ten Bank of Botetourt branch locations.

Virginia Mountain Mortgage will be directed by Duaine Fitzgerald, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Services Officer at Bank of Botetourt. Fitzgerald has been a team member of the organization for 16 years and in the banking industry for over 40 years. Fitzgerald's mortgage team will include three key market managers, eight mortgage specialists, and four loan assistants and processors.
