Bank of America Merrill Lynch Expands Clean Technology Investment Banking Team
NEW YORK, May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) today announced the expansion of its clean technology investment banking team with the addition of Jon Krahulik as managing director and global head of clean technology investment banking, and Riaz Ladhabhoy as director, clean technology investment banking.

Krahulik and Ladhabhoy will join the firm's Palo Alto, Calif. office in July and June respectively reporting to Chet Bozdog, global head of technology corporate and investment banking, and will be responsible for growing the firm's coverage of companies across the clean tech sector globally.

Krahulik will join BAML from Deutsche Bank Securities, where he served for four years, most recently leading clean tech investment banking. Earlier in his career, Krahulik spent seven years in the global technology group at Lehman Brothers, most recently as a senior vice president. He holds a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, a JD from Albany Law School and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Ladhabhoy also will join from Deutsche Bank Securities, where he spent more than five years in the technology investment banking group, most recently as a director. Previously, he spent four years as an associate at Cooley Godward LLP. Ladhabhoy holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University and a JD with a certificate in business law and regulation from Cornell Law School.
