Executives to Present Strategies to Reengage Consumers during Economic Upswing
RICHMOND, Va., April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- At the upcoming Card Forum and Expo, Samantha Wallace, Value Management Executive for Consumer and Small Business Banking from Bank of America, will join Affinion Loyalty Group's VP of Sales and Account Management, Charles Christianson, to discuss the residual impact of the recession and its deep effect on consumers. Wallace and Christianson will discuss at length the importance of trust, value and clarity in developing a personal conversation with consumers.
