Bang & Olufsen Opens New Location in Seattle, Washington

SEATTLE, and DEERFIELD, Ill., Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bang & Olufsen, the Danish provider of exclusive, high quality audio and video products, will open a new store in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. Located at 2201 Westlake Avenue, across the street from Whole Foods and adjacent to West Elm, the store officially opens for business this week.

Originating from Denmark, Bang & Olufsen was founded in 1925 and offers state-of-the-art audio and video products for music lovers, tech gurus and style seekers alike. Their range of products includes televisions with razor-sharp picture quality, music systems with magical user elements and high-performance loudspeakers with a second-to-none sound experience.  Additionally, B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen will feature its new collection of portable sound systems and TV's aimed at the digital generation, among the store's 2,300 square foot layout. The new South Lake Union location is significant as it marks the return of a Bang & Olufsen showroom to Seattle after a 10-year hiatus. Bang & Olufsen South Lake now joins 53 additional stores across the country.
