Baltimore mayor to honor 12 firms for community service
BALTIMORE, Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Baltimore City Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will honor 12 businesses at the 39th annual Mayor's Business Recognition Awards luncheon on December 10 at the Baltimore Convention Center.
The awards recognize businesses for outstanding commitment to community and dedication to improving the quality of life in Baltimore City. The annual awards event – presented by the Mayor's Office, the Greater Baltimore Committee and the Baltimore Development Corporation – profiles the community work of the firms being honored and their employees.
Mayor Rawlings-Blake will present awards to the following companies for community service that goes above and beyond their normal business operations:
