WESTPORT, Conn., April 23, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Balance Point Capital ("Balance Point"), in conjunction with its affiliated funds, Balance Point Capital Partners II, L.P. and Balance Point Capital Partners III, L.P., is pleased to announce its investment in SmartyPants, Inc. ("SmartyPants" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of North Castle Partners. Balance Point provided growth capital to facilitate a refinancing of the existing capital structure and support the continued trajectory of the Company.
