Bahraini Educators Complete Special Course on Human Rights

MANAMA, Bahrain, Jan. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Thursday, educators across Bahrain participated in the graduation ceremony of a specialist course on teaching human rights in the Kingdom's schools.

Attending the meeting at the Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Institute of Technology, His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Majid Al Nuaimi, underscored the Ministry's commitment to promoting human rights and coexistence among Bahraini student at all levels.

Dr. Al Nuaimi also highlighted the Ministry's cooperation with experts from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and other esteemed international organizations to upgrade school curricula to promote good citizenship and human rights.
