Baby Soothe, Inc. Introduces Revolutionary Infant Massaging Device
Product simulates a mother's touch to naturally soothe crying babies
NEW YORK, June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- It won't be long before exhausted parents everywhere can get much needed relief with a groundbreaking infant massaging device, Baby Soothe, Mother's Touch, that naturally soothes a crying baby by simulating a mother's touch. This unique and innovative product was created by Mom Inventor Lauren Piccirillo, and is turning heads with its sleek, futuristic design. The product is currently seeking help from crowdfunding site Kickstarter for its first production run.
It was Lauren's own experience with the emotional pain and physical drain of trying to soothe a continually fussy baby that inspired her to create Mother's Touch™ to help other parents. "I tried bouncy chairs and vibrating swings, but nothing worked except my clockwise massaging motion," notes Lauren. Mother's Touch™ is the only product to mimic this exact motion, is all-natural, and is perfect for soothing a fussy baby due to teething, colic, separation anxiety, or sleep issues. "Our product does not replace a mother's touch," Lauren stresses. "It simply helps during those difficult times when you can't get to your baby because you are preparing a bottle, tending to other children, or recovering from your pregnancy."
The innovative gadget also packs in features such as quick clips for one-handed fastening the device to baby's clothing; soft, relaxing music; and a playback of the mother's voice, as well as numerous safety features such as an auto shut-off if baby rolls on top of the device.
Lauren's invention has already received kudos from celebs such as yoga teacher to the stars, Kristin McGee. "It was awesome as a new mother to be one of the first people to try Baby Soothe, Mother's Touch," she shares. "Timothy was only about 10 weeks old and I noticed him immediately calm down once I placed the device on his tummy. I would love to see this product on the shelves so that mothers have options to naturally soothe their precious ones to sleep or when they are crying." Dr. Frank Nasso is also excited about the product, stating, "I am a huge proponent of holistic healing, and believe massage is a powerful tool to help relax and soothe the musculo-skeletal and nervous systems of children. I would love parents to see an all-natural product like this available."
To ensure Baby Soothe's success, Lauren partnered with the Director of Engineering of a major toy company who possesses over 30 years' experience in developing safe, innovative, and award-winning baby products. After four years in design, Lauren and her team have perfected the device and created fully functional final prototypes, and are now turning to Kickstarter to raise $100,000 to commence manufacturing.
