Azul Selects PurePower® Engines for Order of 30 Embraer E-Jets
FARNBOROUGH, England, July 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FARNBOROUGH AIRSHOW -- Pratt & Whitney will provide exclusive power for 30 firm Embraer E-Jets E2 aircraft, for an order announced today by Embraer and Azul Brazilian Airlines. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2020. Pratt & Whitney is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.
