AZEK® Deck Enhances Scenic Lake Trail in Abington Park

SCRANTON, Pa., May 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nature walks and fishing at Eston Wilson Lake in Abington Park located in South Abington Township, PA, will be more accessible thanks to AZEK Building Products, which is contributing an AZEK Deck walking trail to the Abington Area Joint Recreation Board's (AAJRB) "Walk the Lake" Project.  Eston Wilson Lake is a 13-acre stocked fishing lake. A team of volunteers from local civic groups were led by Tim McCoy, AAJRB board member and project manager for the trail, along with Jim Gross, to build the trail, which will be worked on over several weekends.

According to AAJRB officials, the new handicapped-accessible trail will allow for healthy initiatives, environmental education, access for exploration of the nature trails and recreational enrichment of the community.
