Aynor, South Carolina Celebrates Annual Harvest Hoe-Down on September 19
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Sept. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The quaint town of Aynor, located just outside the Myrtle Beach area, has made it a tradition to welcome residents and visitors to the Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down for 36 years. The town is once again promising 'A Big Time in a Small Town' with live music, dancing and family-friendly fun on Sept. 19, 2015 at the Aynor Town Park.
One of the largest and oldest festivals in the Carolinas, the Hoe-Down welcomes up to 26,000 attendees each year. Not only are there opportunities to experience the charming and pleasant community of Aynor, South Carolina, but also to have some big fun at the 36th Annual Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down. Located in a rural corner of South Carolina, the festival kicks off with a parade followed by music entertainment and children's activities throughout the day. Attendees will also enjoy strolling through the park visiting the hundreds of arts, crafts and food vendors.
The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19. Booths featuring arts and crafts vendors will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Musical entertainment will also be provided throughout the day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. A Street Dance will round out the evening from 7 to 10 p.m.
