MENLO PARK, Calif., April 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ayasdi, a developer of machine intelligence applications for healthcare, announced several new additions to support the company's rapidly growing healthcare vertical.

Dr. Campion is responsible for the clinical vision of the company's healthcare vertical and will work closely with Ayasdi's growing roster of clients to support them as they deploy the company's clinical variation management and denials management solutions. Further, as a practicing clinician, Dr. Campion will provide valuable guidance to the product teams as they extend Ayasdi's portfolio of award winning software applications.
Dr. Campion joins Ayasdi from Dovetail Health, where he served as CMO. He is board certified in both internal medicine and clinical informatics and is an instructor in the Department of Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Mary Hardy, a healthcare data analytics sales leader with more than 25 years' experience, joined Ayasdi as the Vice President of Healthcare. Hardy owns the go-to-market strategy for payers, providers, and integrated delivery networks.

Hardy spent nearly two decades with GE Healthcare, where she held multiple roles in sales and account management before going on to manage GE Healthcare's indirect distribution channel.
In addition to crafting the strategic vision for the healthcare team, Hardy will lead the sales effort, assembling a team with deep domain expertise in analytics and software including:
- Keg Alan Avakian, a sales executive with more than 20 years' experience selling healthcare enterprise software and technology solutions, who will serve as Ayasdi's Regional Vice President Sales, East.

"These additions to the Ayasdi healthcare team underscore our commitment to the success of our customers in healthcare," said Ayasdi CEO Gurjeet Singh. "Their leadership and creativity will enhance Ayasdi's leadership position in key analytical challenges around clinical variation, denials management, member segmentation and patient risk stratification and fraud, waste and abuse."
