Axiom's Didactics Division Teams with Centre Consulting on New Contract Awards
FALLS CHURCH, Va., Feb. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Axiom Resource Management, Inc. announced today that its Didactics division closed 2014 with two important contract awards. In both instances, Didactics, an enterprise specializing in curriculum development, training and performance improvement is teaming as a subcontractor to Centre Consulting, a frequent partner with Axiom.
The Department of the Navy awarded Centre Consulting (with Didactics as a subcontractor) a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for education and training services. The three year, multi-award BPA can authorize up to $100 million for education and training services in five distinct areas: Instruction Services; Planning and Assessment; Curriculum Development; Curriculum Maintenance; and, Program Management and Staff Support.
The federal Department of Energy's (DoE) Office of Human Capital Management also awarded a five year BPA to a Centre Consulting team that includes Didactics. This contract supports the office's Professional Skills and Technical Training Program. The program currently supports a wide range of DoE's staffing requirements, from training in acquisition and program management techniques to leadership development, all areas of core expertise for Didactics and Centre Solutions.
There looks to be more good news on the near horizon. The team of Centre Consulting and Didactics has submitted a proposal to provide training and development support to the United States Postal Service. That proposal recently passed the service's "pre-qualification" review. A contract and future task orders are anticipated later this year.
