AXA XL Promotes Multinational Casualty Insurance Team Leader in the Eastern Region of the U.S.

NEW YORK, May 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- AXA XL has promoted Marc Bertha as team lead for the U.S. Eastern Region Multinational Casualty group. Based in New York, Mr. Bertha will be leading the region's underwriting team whose overall mission is to partner with new and existing clients in the strategic management of their complex international risks.

Commenting on Mr. Bertha's appointment, Stefan Homberger, Head of Multinational Casualty Insurance in the U.S. said: "Having served as Senior Underwriter for the past couple of years and with his prior experience, Marc brings a wealth of international expertise to this role. Mr. Bertha joined AXA XL in 2013 as a Senior Manager of Global Programs and Network Services. He previously worked at Zurich, North America. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers – State University of New Jersey.
