Del Frisco's Restaurant Group is based in Southlake, Texas - just outside Dallas - and operates more than 30 restaurants across the country. The opening marks the first Del Frisco's Grille in the Houston area.

At the new Houston location, longtime Del Frisco's veteran Jeff Taylor is at the helm as executive chef, offering a menu incorporating market fresh, regional ingredients such as Blackened Texas Gulf Redfish, BBQ Beef Flatbreads, Buffalo Style Grit Cakes, Cast Iron Shrimp Tacos, Hatch Green Chili Double Cheese-Burger and Cast Iron Pork & Beans in a nod to the Houston food scene. The menu will also offer Del Frisco's Grille favorites that are easy to share with friends: Wood Oven-Baked Flatbreads, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, and Pimento Cheese Fritters.
