Avondale Partners Announces Director of Institutional Equity Trading

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Avondale Partners, a national investment banking and wealth management firm headquartered in Nashville, announced today the addition of Jim Braniff as a Director of Institutional Equity Trading in their New York office.

With more than 25 years experience in this market, Braniff will be an integral part of building Avondale's equity trading effort in the New York market center. Braniff is the fourth addition to the New York office since opening last June. He most recently served for six years as Principal in the Equity Trading Group at Needham & Co. Braniff started his career as a Director with Prudential Securities before moving on to SG Cowen and then Credit Lyonnais. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Mount St. Mary's University.
