The "'Tis the Avocado Season Sweepstakes" is calling on all fans to submit creative ideas on how to dress up favorite holiday dishes with Avocados from Mexico.

Following the final entry day in November, a random drawing from among all eligible entries will be held to determine a winner. The winner and one guest will be awarded a trip to New York City during the heart of holiday season in early December to cook with Roberto Santibanez, chef and owner of Brooklyn and Manhattan's Fonda restaurants and author of Truly Mexican, which was named to the New York Times' list of notable cookbooks in 2011. His newest book, Tacos, Tortas and Tamales was released this October.

Twitter will also join in on the fun by hosting a holiday-themed Twitter party with Chef Santibanez to provide expert advice to followers for fun and festive ways to incorporate avocados into the holidays.
