Company's Three Largest Tenants to Participate in Panel Discussion
CHICAGO, Sept. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Aviv REIT, Inc. ("Aviv" or the "Company") announced today that it will be one of the five Premier Partners at the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry's ("NIC") 22nd National Conference, which will be held in Chicago from September 19th through September 21st. NIC is one of the industry's leading organizations and conference for investors, lenders, owners and operators.
The Company will have a strong presence at the conference with Aviv's senior management in attendance. In addition, Aviv's three largest tenants, Daybreak Venture, Saber Healthcare Group and EmpRes Healthcare Management, will participate in a panel discussion titled "Life After Medicare Cuts: Delivering Value and Maintaining Profitability" on Thursday, September 20th, at 1:30 p.m. central time.
