Avineon Appoints Neil Bourassa as Manager, Advanced Programs for Defense Systems
ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Avineon, Inc., a successful provider of IT, geospatial, engineering support, and program management services, today announced the appointment of Neil Bourassa as Manager, Advanced Programs -- Defense Systems.

Mr. Bourassa was formerly the Emerging Markets Business Development Lead and Advanced Technology Programs Manager for a major federal systems integrator. He has 28 years of Department of Defense and defense industry experience in managing project teams in the research, development, acquisition, fielding, and deployment of complex systems. Mr. Bourassa is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School.
