Avineon Appoints Heesun Robertson Chief Operating Officer

MCLEAN, Va., July 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Avineon, Inc., a successful provider of information technology, geospatial, and engineering support services, today announced the appointment of Heesun Robertson as Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Robertson joined Avineon in 1995 and has hands-on management experience with the company from the project to the executive level. Having most recently served as Senior Vice President – Federal Systems, she will now extend her proven organizational and management skills to benefit Avineon's government and commercial customers. Ms. Robertson holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as an M.B.A from The George Washington University.
