Louis is an experienced and influential senior human resources leader with a strong record of delivering results, developing talent and partnering with executive leaders in global organizations. During his time with such companies as Arrow S3, Armstrong World Industries, Frito-Lay and Ford, he's led Human Resources transformation, mergers and acquisitions, benefits, pension, variable compensation plans, Human Resources IT systems transformation and safety. Louis has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resource Management and Information Systems.
