AVG Extends Partnership with Yahoo

AMSTERDAM and SAN FRANCISCO, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- AVG Technologies N.V. (NYSE: AVG), the online security company for 182 million active users, today announced it has renewed its search and distribution partnership with Yahoo!, Inc.

AVG Secure Search, provided by AVG and Yahoo since 2012, helps protect users from dangerous websites and online threats using AVG's LinkScanner® technology. Under the renewed three-year agreement, AVG will continue to offer AVG Secure Search through its partnership with Yahoo across both mobile and desktop platforms worldwide.
