AVerMedia Information, Inc. Has a New Name: AVer Information Inc.

MILPITAS, Calif., July 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AVerMedia Information, Inc. announced today its evolution of the company brand and name to AVer Information Inc. In addition to the new name, the company also unveiled a brand new company logo. Both the new AVer name and logo will be incorporated across all company products, materials and website beginning July 1, 2011.

AVerMedia Information, Inc., a spin-off from AVerMedia Technologies, Inc., instituted the name change to AVer Information Inc., to fully differentiate and accurately reflect the focus of the two independent companies. AVer Information Inc. will continue its focus and leadership in the presentation, surveillance and video conferencing industries while AVerMedia Technologies, Inc. continues its focus on multimedia and consumer electronic products.
