For example, in minutes a sales operations manager can interconnect a bot that queries Salesforce for high-revenue accounts and feed the list of accounts to a bot that queries Zendesk for any recent trouble tickets. The tickets can then be sent to a cognitive engine to analyze sentiment and assess churn risk to prioritize mitigative action.

Bot Store users can discover new bots with ease using filters for attributes like process type, application integration and cognitive capabilities, as well as intelligent recommendations for related bots.

Automation Anywhere is expanding its partner program to include the Bot Store, with added incentives for strategic, technology and system integrator partners in all tiers of the partner program to participate in the Bot Store.
