STOCKHOLM, Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV) (SSE: ALIVsdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, announces that President and CEO Mikael Bratt becomes a member of the Board of Directors of Autoliv, Inc., effective today.
On September 20, 2018, Autoliv, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors elected President and CEO Mikael Bratt to become a new member of the Board. The size of the Board has thereby expanded from eight to nine members. Mikael Bratt has been President and CEO of Autoliv since June 29, 2018.
