Author/RV Entrepreneur Gigi Stetler Retains TransMedia Group To Whip Up Sizzling Publicity For Her New Restaurant and Sequel To Her Steamy Memoir 'Unstoppable'
BOCA RATON, Fla., Oct. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TransMedia Group (www.transmediagroup.com) said it will raise a publicity toast to Hop Won, Gigi Stetler's and son Jarryd's new Asian-fusion restaurant in Davie, Fl, plus to her other business interests. Hop Won (www.hopwon.com) means 'cheers' in Chinese.
TransMedia will cook up publicity for the newly designed restaurant offering a unique dining experience when it opens its doors this week as Hop Won Dinner Club & Skinny Bar, featuring a variety of popular and exotic Chinese dishes, available off the wok, on the grill, and from the sea. The firm plans to publicize how a customer's palette will be transported to the Far East with dishes like Shrimp with Honey Roasted Walnut, Fish Fillet with Tofu Casserole and Snow Pea tips.
Publicist Iviani Figueroa said she plans to showcase Hop Won as one of South Florida's few establishments to serve skinny drink cocktails made from natural organic high-grade sake; a substitute for vodka. Organic sake contains only half the calories without compromising your favorite cocktail's flavors, she said, as does their skinny wine list. Round tables fill up the spacious 2300-square- foot restaurant, facing the centered Skinny Bar.
TransMedia will highlight how Hop Won is not only focused on true Asian cuisine, but the entire dining experience. Hop Won's interior design encompasses Asian color schemes, with a trendy South Beach vibe. Customers enter a modern bold red and black space, with a centered VIP section, adjacent to a florescent bar.
Stetler is no amateur when it comes to owning businesses as she is the owner of an RV dealership, has her own supplement line, My Perfect Bones (www.myperfectbones.com), not to mention being the author of "Unstoppable," her memoir in which she relates some harrowing experiences she's encountered as a woman trying to make her way in the business world, including getting stabbed, beaten and defrauded by men, but each time picking herself up and continuing on to success.
TransMedia's public relations campaign will cover not only Stetler's gift of innovative marketing and management, but her talent in the saddle as an expert rider and breeder of horses, which she plans to expand on in her next book, which TransMedia's CEO Tom Madden is helping her with as the firm's publishing division is considering publishing it.
