Author Bryan Burrough to Discuss Book, Texas Oil History at Bush Library and Museum Issues Forum
COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Nov. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Author, journalist and Texas native Bryan Burrough will discuss some of the most famous names in Texas oil history at a free issues forum Dec. 3 at the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum at Texas A&M University.
Burrough's talk will focus on his 2009 book, "The Big Rich: The Rise and Fall of the Greatest Texas Oil Fortunes," which enjoyed three weeks on the New York Times best-seller list and garnered rave reviews. Burrough profiles the Big Four oil dynasties of H.L. Hunt, Roy Cullen, Clint Murchison and Sid Richardson.
