Audio Precision Welcomes Two New Sales Directors

BEAVERTON, Ore., April 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Audio Precision, the recognized standard in audio test, announces the appointment of Dan Foley and Kris Jackson as Sales Directors for Europe and Asia, respectively. Dan and Kris join James Kelly, Director of Audio Precision UK, providing responsive customer service throughout Europe and Asia. They will be working closely with partners and customers in their respective regions to expand opportunities into new areas of audio test and to develop new relationships with key industries, in parallel with AP's increasing technological capabilities in acoustic measurements, Bluetooth audio and Dolby Compliance testing.

Dan Foley: AP European Sales Director

Dan Foley is well known to AP customers as a regional sales engineer since the start of 2011. Dan's background includes 12 years as a sales engineer and U.S. Manager of the Environmental Noise Group for Bruel & Kjær, 6 years as VP of Sales at Listen, Inc. and 5 years at Bose Corporation. He is an expert in the field of acoustics, and sits on the Bluetooth SIG's Audio Study Group.

Dan resides on the East coast of the U.S., and will retain his role as sales engineer for customers in the region. 

Kris Jackson: AP Asian Sales Director

Kris Jackson has spent thirty years in audio, with time at companies such as Trident (where he was Technical Manager) and Mackie (where he was Director of Product Planning). For the past ten years, he has been managing the Asia sales channel for several US pro-audio companies including Symetrix and Ashley Audio (both Audio Precision customers). He has an electronics engineering degree and a Masters of Science in technology management.

Kris is based in Beaverton, OR, but he will be traveling extensively throughout his new territory.
