Audience Appoints Rich Geruson to Board of Directors
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., March 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Audience®, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent voice and audio processors for the mobile marketplace, today announced that it has appointed Rich Geruson to its Board of Directors.

Geruson is president and chief executive officer of Phoenix Technologies, a position he has held since February, 2011. Geruson's career spans 27 years in telecommunications and computer software industries, having served as chief executive officer of VoiceSignal Technologies, senior vice president at Nokia Americas' mobile phone business, vice president and general manager of IBM's networking distribution business in North America.
Mr. Geruson holds three graduate degrees from the University of Oxford, including a Ph.D. in Economics and was a member of the research faculty at Harvard Business School, where he completed the book, A Theory of Market Strategy, published by Oxford University Press.
