Auctions retains Information Solutions Group to provide investor relations services
MIAMI BEACH, FL, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Auctions International Inc. ("Auctions") (OTCPINK: AUCI) is pleased to announce that it has retained Information Solutions Group ("ISG") to provide market awareness and investor relations services on a monthly basis. The management of Auctions felt that it was time to bring in a partner to accurately and professionally convey our story to the investment community. The choice to retain ISG was made after weeks of interviewing potential candidates and executing extensive due diligence.
ISG is a marketing and investor relations advisory firm based in the State of New York. The services to be provided by ISG will encompass marketing to and maintaining a professional investor audience for Auctions through the distribution of press releases and development focused updates along with corporate branding and accurate and timely communication between Auctions and its potential shareholders.
In consideration of the services to be provided by ISG, Auctions has agreed to a monthly agreement with a retainer of USD$10,000 per month. ISG does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Auctions or its securities nor does ISG have any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
