Auctions name change approved by State of Nevada

MIAMI BEACH, FL, March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Auctions International, Inc. ("Auctions") (OTCPINK: AUCI) would like to announce to its shareholders that it has successfully changed its corporate name from Auctions International Inc. to Rangemore Film Productions Corp. ("Rangemore") effective immediately.  Shareholders do not have to take any action as the change of name will automatically take effect on their shareholdings.
