Auction of land in Sperry and Owasso targets those with dream of more rural living

TULSA, Okla., Sept. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- A common dream for many people is to own an estate that is near the city, yet large enough to enable them to keep a few horses and cattle. And the owners of Bird Creek Ranch, 10 miles north of Tulsa, are hoping to make that dream a reality for bidders as they prepare to auction their 440 acres of land.

The auction will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the Bailey Education Foundation Auditorium, Owasso. Schrader personnel will be available at the property on Sept. 29 and Oct. 13 to provide detailed information and facilitate inspections.
