The combined companies will be operating as AtWork Group, Phoenix and will offer light industrial, administrative, medical, skilled labor, and direct hire services.

Founded in 2000 as a logistics staffing provider, Momentum Specialized Staffing began expanding its service offerings after being purchased by current owner Michael D. Hayes in 2003.
