Stanley R. Parker graduated from the Southern Illinois University School of Business Administration in 1972. In 1981 he graduated with honors from Washburn University School of Law. He was a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals before entering private practice in 1982. He has served on the Kansas Bar Association Professional Ethics Advisory committee since 1984 and was an adjunct professor with Washburn University from 1984 to 1988.
