Attorney John I. LaMancuso Obtains Not Guilty Verdict Following DWI Jury Trial

STOW, N.Y., July 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Attorney, John I. LaMancuso, of Lewis & Lewis, P.C., obtained a verdict of Not Guilty for a client following a jury trial in a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) case in North Harmony Justice Court.  The jury of six returned the Not Guilty verdict after less than ten minutes of deliberation.  The Honorable Howard E. Peacock presided over the trial at the Stow, New York courthouse in Chautauqua County.  The Not Guilty verdict following a jury trial was the first in many years in North Harmony Justice Court.
