A graduate of the University of California and Southern Methodist University School of Law, Presby comes to The Nemeroff Law Firm with nearly three decades of litigation experience, across a broad range of issues, including personal injury, medical negligence, environmental clean-up and product liability. She has served as an adjunct professor at SMU School of Law, and a peer instructor and trainer for multiple professional organizations.

Most recently, Presby has focused on pharmaceutical litigation, including acting as a committee member in a pharmaceutical class action lawsuit that resulted in a $1.275 billion settlement.
