Based in the firm's Chicago office, Felber comes to McDonald Hopkins after eight years with Lowis & Gellen LLP.
Felber has considerable experience in the area of corporate transactions and will be part of McDonald Hopkins' Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, a national team of 25 attorneys who have executed hundreds of acquisitions and divestitures. She has assisted clients with corporate, commercial, and financial transactions. Felber's expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions; corporate formation, governance, and planning; and sale and purchase of goods and services.
Felber earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008. She received a B.A., with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005. Felber is licensed to practice law in four states—Arizona, Florida, New York, and Illinois.
