Attivio Appoints General Manager of Government Solutions
Industry Veteran David Woroboff will Lead Company's Expansion across Defense, Intelligence, Federal, Homeland Security, State & International Government Sectors
NEWTON, Mass., April 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Further expanding the value it offers information-intensive organizations, Attivio announced today the appointment of David Woroboff as General Manager of Attivio Government Solutions (AGS). An industry veteran, Woroboff brings almost three decades of exceptional customer and domain expertise to his role and is responsible for helping government customers develop differentiated, focused solutions that greatly increase mission and operational effectiveness.
Woroboff is skilled in translating global trends, segmenting complex markets and developing innovative strategies for customers, and brings exceptional industry relationships to Attivio. For nearly a decade, he held various roles with Northrop Grumman Corp., including most recently, Director & Strategist for Cyber & SATCOM business development in Aerospace Systems. Prior to that, he worked on Global Hawk Strategy and international business development and also as Director, Information Systems Strategy & Architectures for the company. Woroboff has also held leadership positions in management, strategy and business development with The Boeing Company, Hughes Electronics and AT&T Bell Laboratories. He holds his MSCENG, in Computer Engineering, from the University of Southern California, graduated from the Executive Management Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
