SAN JOSE, Calif., April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Atmel® Corporation (Nasdaq: ATML), a leader in microcontroller and touch solutions, today announced it will present at the following investor conferences:

  • On May 8, Stephen Cumming, Vice President and  Chief Financial Officer will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Technology Conference at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco, California at 5:45 p.m. Eastern Time (2:45 p.m. Pacific).
  • On May 22, Stephen Cumming will present at the Barclays Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications Conference at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers at 3:45 p.m. Eastern Time (12:45 p.m. Pacific).

The above presentations will be webcast live and archived on the Atmel Investor Relations website at http://ir.atmel.com/.

  • Stephen Cumming will also meet with investors at two one-on-one conferences including the Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference at the Marriott City Center on May 30 in Minneapolis and the RBC Capital Markets Investor Day at the Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston on June 5.
